Important: 2 ways to do it if you cant make it as per allo: 1. Swap with personnel on duty for the month. Swap is done such that Log duty CANNOT fall on your group duty day. 2. Swap with non-duty personnel. You will "owe" the personnel 1 duty. It can be return by doing his/her duty the following month or as per agreement between 2 involved personnel.
